Hey Guys, quick question. My bud just dropped off a case of Victory at Sea which my wife promptly stashed in our fridge. By the time I got home they had pretty much cooled to the frigid 37 degrees we keep the temperature at. Can I pull bottles out and stash them without causing any degradation to the beer?
Also, unrelated to the thread topic but not to aging, as a resident of Southern California my house's ambient temperature steadies at 75 degrees. How long can I reasonably age at this temperature? I normally haven't gone more than a few years, but more money, more problems, but more beer! Thanks!

The fridge is not a problem. Ageing at 75 is more of an issue. I'd be hesitant to go too long at that temperature.

I am "flooring", literally on the floor in my kitchen, a 2012 case of VaS. Ideally they are best kept in the fridge, not even the "cellar". We'll see what happens.
