Three Floyds Brian Boru is an Irish red by their definition of style (lest we forget they call Zombie Dust and Alpha King pale ales...), but it has a similar flavor profile to Tocobaga in my mind and is absolutely wonderful.

I'm surprised at how few Nugget Nectar replies there are. That's probably my favorite, and the price can't be beaten either.

There's a big imperial red ale from Fulton made here in Minneapolis called the Libertine. Not really hoppy, but a really rich, malty imperial red ale.

It's made with rye, so not quite/not really an Imperial Red, but I thought Founder's Red's Rye PA has some of the flavors you are looking for.

It does indeed. Not the same mouthfeel, but I love rye.

Sweetwater has a pretty fantastic imperial red out right now. Red hot mama it's called. Port's shark attack double red is pretty decent as well. Just for a couple I haven't seen mentioned yet.

Oskar Blues G'Night! So awesome I had to try and clone it! I also really have enjoyed Lagunita's imperial reds.

Cigar City Tocobaga. By far one of my favorite beers. Fits your category perfectly. Others I enjoy would be Green Flash Hop Head Red, and as you said, Oscar Blues G'Night (which I'm currently drinking).

Not sure if it counts as "imperial" but I thought that Alesmith My Bloody Valentine was amazing, definitely looking forward to having it again

Tocobaga Red is by far the best I have had. Nugget Nectar is one of my favorite beers, but I don't see it as an Imperial Red.

Tried Epic Imperial Red and Speakeasy Betrayal. Liked them both. Certainly worth checking out. The others already mentioned here though are no brainers.

Closest Imperial Red to a Barleywine I've had. Bold suggestion. And I like it!
