Imperial Stout tasting - what snacks to serve?

Howdy,
Getting a few peeps together to bust open an assortment of big stouts - KBS, Speedway, Beer Geek Vanilla Shake, Omnipollo Pecan Mud Cake, whatever and lookin for input on what kind of food I ought to serve. Sweeter stuff I guess should be easy, I'll prolly make some chocolate truffles and whatever but some savory ideas would be most welcome - or indeed any ideas. Thinkin more finger food than say anything you might need a knife and fork for.
