just get any RIS and dump some bourbon in it. Thats what every barrel aged stout ever tastes like to me. Yuck. I absolutely love stouts but absolutely hate bourbon/whiskey etc.
Bells Expedition Stout is my all time favorite Stout. Get that one.

+ 1 for Old Rasputin. If you can find the XV (reserve?) it's worth the high sticker price.

Squatters Outer Darkness I have not seen mentioned yet. Not sure if they make it to PA.

Also, Surly Darkness. they don't distro here at all, so I don't know how rare they are further north.

    Bourbon County
    Firestone Parabola
    Avery Uncle Jacobs Stout
Fremont Bourbon Abominable (stout-like winter ale)
    Pike Entire Wood Aged Stout
    Oak aged Yeti
    Port Brewing Older Viscosity
    Stone Imperial Russian Stout (non-barrel)
Evil Twin: Even More Jesus (non barrel)

I was able to obtain a single bottle of BCBS and a single bottle of BCBBW during last year's release. It is available in PA, but distributed in eyedroppers.

In PA, you can definitely get Fegley's Brewworks Barrel Aged Insidious Stout. It is clearly a notch below BCBS, but very good nonetheless.

Obviously the OP could do a little more research but follow up posters are either ignorant, careless, or smart alecky when recommending beers they know or should know are not available in PA. Kentucky Brunch isn't happening. The poster is almost certainly not trading for it if this is the type of question they are asking. I dug hanging out at Hess when I was in SD but that is also not particularly helpful.

I'm not sure where OP is in the vast state of Pennsylvania but central waters bb stout is an easy find in the eastern regions at least and is a terrific recommendation even if it's not a personal favorite of mine. I always find CW barrel aged brews when I travel to PA assuming it's relatively close to their release. I'd add their BA coffee stout Peruvian morning; I know infections hit a batch a few years back but I've not had a bad bottle myself; none have shown signs of infection in my experience.

Retribution is a solid choice I see in pa frequently and usually isn't too expensive. BA Boris is very good too but tends to be a bit pricey .
