Hey guys (and girls). I'm from Texas and I'm in Seattle for a wedding this weekend. I was hoping to take back a couple of bottles to share back home. Can anyone suggest some beers I should try to grab while I'm here? Thanks!

Fremont Bourbon Abominable. Still can be found. Pear Market at Pike Place Market still has it. Plus they like to showcase Northwest beers. Ask for Derek. He will help you fill out your grab bag. Their prices are in line in spite of being in the middle of a tourist location. Typical markups no gouging.

Totally agree on Hop Venom, or anything from Boneyard (Bend, OR) for that matter - but they're draft-only... another Oregon recommendation (sorry, Washingtonians...) is Breakside Brewing (Portland) - either the regular IPA or Wanderlust IPA in 22 oz bottles.

That's OK, just be fair and recommend WA beers to PDX visitors.

We almost always have Boneyard Hop Venom on one of our 22 mostly rotating taps but I'm sad to say we are temporarily out of it. We hope to get it back this Thursday. Until then Stone's Enjoy By 2.14.14 and then Fremont Brewing's The Brother, both great beers, will be in Venom's usual spot.
    Cheers!

As a heads up, uber tweeted a bit ago that they have hop venom on tap.
