Is it possible to increase this to 50 or 100? for the ISO/FT forum this would make it much easier to quickly view the day's posts. Could be a user-selectable option also, I looked and couldn't find it anywhere.

It's all or nothing at the moment. We'd have to set it for all forums/users, which is something we don't want to do.

I wouldn't mind seeing the # of posts being expanded either. 20-21 looks to be the max right now. 30 would seem more appropriate and I don't think it would be too overwhelming to have 10 more or so per page. That's my $.02.

I agree. More than 20 would be nice.

I am guessing this new fancy software allows polls (and if not there are multiple free alternatives); just a suggestion but if there can only be one number of items for page a quick poll might be a good way to figure out what is best for everyone.

That's actually a great idea. It could even be a series of poles for a few different questions/proposals.

I vote for as many as possible. Same thing with the number of responses per thread page.

The age of tablet browsing is upon us where infinite scroll is king. Clicking "next" and "back" buttons consantly is very annoying.

Infinite scrolls are nice. There's a couple other sites I frequent (TheChive.com is a good example) that use this feature and I find it very useful. I believe the beer trading "forum" on Reddit also does this.

Someone could probably write a little piece of javascript that could be used via greasemonkey. Just tell it to pull /*thread*/*page-n+1*, pull the <li> elements from the #messageList element, and stick them within the <ol>...</ol> tags in the current page.

Increased to 30 for now. Additionally, the number of posts per page within a thread was increased to 40.
