2 bottle limit last January. Sold out within a couple hours. I missed it by 5 mins last January. Not going to happen this time...

Any ideas on if this will be a line up early event or just plan to be there at noon and we should be good type of deal? Anyone else planning to head down early to ensure they land a couple bottles?

 

I don't think you would have any issues getting bottles if you get there around noon. I'll probably show up a few hours later. I talked to several people that had Rum King at ABR that didn't think it was that good this year although I loved it.

 

Has anyone seen a price for Rum King yet? How much was last year's?

 

Last year was 15 bucks/btl... hoping it's about the same price.

 

Well, those people can just get me a bottle then. Stupid weekend trip to Duluth. Going to be drinking at Castle Danger instead.

Ill probably head down around 11:30, more so because I want to get my bottles and leave as I dont plan on staying too long for the actual event. I thought that Rum King was a little Hot at ABR, but it as been awhile since I had last years, so I dont think I could fairly compare

 

It did seem boozy at abr. That said in 86 degree heat the big stouts never seem to taste as good

 

Looks like they had to switch the label since it is going to see distro

 

I tried to search for this with no luck, Has anyone seen price for Saturday's bottles? and if so, Cash only or if they will take cards

 

What they were serving at ABR tasted no different than what I remember having several times at the taproom last year.

 

I searched a bit, but can't recall here. Were folks able to share beers in line? Even if a bit covertly. I recognize it would not be a big thing.

It sounds like draft only. I'm curious to see what the other secret beers are that they have planned for the Hullabaloo. An unveiling of their first sour from their sour program?! I can only hope and dream.
