Heading to the Upland Sour fest this weekend from Detroit.

Any good stores to stop at on the way?

Anything I need to pick up?

    Awesome might see you there!

Best package store bets Indy wise are the Downtown Crown Liquors and Kahn's on Keystone. Assuming you are coming down I-69, Parti-Pak North (96th and Grey) and Payless on Uptown (just west of the 96th street I-69 exit) are also worth stopping at.

Downtown Crown Liquors is literally 2 blocks from where the sourfest will be. Walk there and carry to your car.

I would also throw out the Vine and Table in Carmel. Not exactly on your way down 69 but a great selection albeit a little pricier than others.

If you're not just looking for package stuff but want to stop and have a pint or two somewhere, the Bier Brewery is literally right on your way downtown assuming you will be coming down I-69. When the interstate becomes Binford Boulevard, hang a right on 62nd Street and it's about a block down the road on your left. They don't have any of their super limited stuff on this weekend, but even their regular lineup is quite good.

There's a crown at 62nd & Allisonville, which is a block or so from binford, that has a pretty good bomber selection, though, some are right by the door and likely wicked oxidized

Bier Brewery is on 65th. The Crown LQ is on 62nd and Allisonville.
