Going to be in Indianapolis later this week. Will I be able to find any bottles of Upland lambics? Any help would be appreciated. I'm told they're amazing.
At this point, your best bet would be to call Upland's Indianapolis Tap Room. Number and address are on their website. Aside from that, you're probably out of luck. Things really seem to thin out around the DLD weekend as well, so I guess you're a little ahead of the rush. If you're feeling really crazy, you could probably find something in Bloomington (someone back me up here to validate/debunk). I know that Heorot had some for on-site consumption in January. Or, you can try to setup an IP trade.
^ What he said. I know the Tasting Room still has Gilgamesh, and I've heard they still had a couple of lambics as little as a month ago, but that's total hearsay.
I stopped at the tasting room in Indy last week and they still had Gilgamesh, Dantalion, and Cherry Lambic. That's probably the best place in Indy to start, and hopefully finish, your search. I think prices are better there too. Good luck!
