Indie Music LIF?

    I was planning on starting a LIF here in the next week or so, and I just wanted to get a feel for whether or not this would even work. Are there enough music nerds on BA? I was thinking of posting a pic of an album cover or a musician every day for a few weeks and at the end, whoever has correctly identified the most will get the box, or something along those lines. But obviously this will only work if there's enough music fanatics out there. If not ... change of plans.

    Here's what I could consider a super easy example, just to see if this would be worth trying.

    It's very easy to figure out the answer by looking at the image url as well; you might want to figure out a way to get an image that isn't as easily traceable.

    We're on the honor system here. Nobody ever cheats on LIFs! :wink: But yeah I did notice that. It'll be setup differently once the LIF actually begins, so it won't be an issue.

    I like this! I'm constantly hunting for new music, so I'd like to incorporate this in some way, even if it's just as a tie breaker or something.

    Also, I'm loving all the LIFs lately. I've been wanting to start one as well, but sort of waiting for a lull in the action.

    Sounds good. I've had that Unicorns CD on my to-buy list for a while and just kinda forgot about it. Now maybe I'll finally get around to ordering it.
