Yeah, I’m not even sure that includes me. I’ve had to kinda-sorta go out of my way to get the Landscapes series. It’s worth it though.

They've said that before for the landscape lagers, but spring and winter both eventually made there way to south jersey. I guess I'm not counting on it but maybe eventually we'll see it.

Funny thing, I went to a store near me that I don’t go to a lot but they sell fairly decent beer. I saw they had fresh Wrench and Power Tools (this was like 2 months ago) so I ask about Spring Landscape. The guy tells me they don’t have it but it was on their list he just didn’t order it. I’m a little confused so I ask, why not? He’s says because it was a bock and not an IPA he didn’t think it was worth the price to sell it, so he didn’t order it. Wow.

My stores do the same thing they order all the IA's IPAs and pale ales but won't order their lagers which is why I made a point to ask for it.

This pretty much sums up the state of craft beer in the past few years.

Craft beer in 2019 edit: you're right @Xerlic definitely been a couple years at this point. Metric renewed my love a lagers back when they started distro'ing here now I can't find it anymore. I've asked, "yea we don't order it cause it doesn't sell that well"

SL will be available at Clinton Gourmet Market (NYC) next week. One of the very few reasons I'm glad that I'm still working in the city (working at all really ). I'll be impatiently keeping a close eye on their IG feed. :grimacing:

Yea I’ve never seen the Landscape series on LI but admittedly I don’t go to many shops these days with the local options. Every landscape beer I’ve had has been either from the brewery or NYC shops.

Definitely will be seeking this out!

Picked up Splice yesterday with a 5/20 canning date. Poured it today and it looked light brown and tasted like dirty dish water. What happened to this beer? Most unappetizing looking sour I’ve ever seen. Poured it out

I had a similar issue today with a 5/16 batch of Wrench. First three cans -- one of which I drank yesterday -- perfectly fine and the color was 'right'. Today, very similar color to you...but it tasted fine. Not as good as yesterday, but it had not reached "dirty bath water" levels. My fiancée, decidedly not a beer nerd, took one look and said "it looks like there's something in there that's really, really not supposed to be there."

I have had entire 4-packs of wrench that were off and poured like mud-water.

Yikes! That's concerning... I've had two 4 packs from that same release date without issue: same old delicious juice. Probably won't have another one though haha.

Have either of you brought this to the brewery's attention.

Nope; to me, having only one "off" can doesn't warrant contacting them. Shit happens sometimes, ya know? If it happens again, or I have a bad 4-pack, that's a great idea to contact them.
