Does anyone know where online I can find some inexpensive tasting glasses?
I am hosting a small beer tasting event at my home and would like to have simular glasses that you find a brewery for samples. I dont want to sink and arm and a leg into these as they or going to be used every so often.

appreciate any help I can get. :grinning:

If you have access to a Chef's Work or any restaurant suply store they have a pretty extensive collection, I was able to pick up some 4 oz pilsners for about $1 each. Another option is to find a Libby outlet as that was the band of glasses I purchased. Good luck.

I'm sure some other folks can chime in with various online options, but let me be the first to suggest hitting up your local goodwill, etc. Lots of great deals on quality glassware to be found there.

Have a fun tasting event! Cheers.

You can get stemless glasses at Marshalls or Target cheap.

At the local Deal$ and other dollar stores around me I've been able to find decent glasses for $1. Might be worth checking there to grab some cheap glasses for a tasting.

Hopefully you have a Deal$ store near you that sells these.

I bought a ton of these for our tasting group and they have worked out great. I would highly recommend them. These glasses have a good weight and thickness to them.

I though it was best for everyone to have the same sized glass as it helped with keep pours even when splitting bottles.

Wow. Thanks everyone for the input. Never thought I would get such a big response . I'm a noob to the ba forums and so far I'm impressed. Thanks again.

Like the dollar store and goodwill ideas. Never even thought of looking there. Being this is our first tasting I'm going as inexpensive as possible. If all goes well I think we will invest in something nicer like duceswild posted.
