Infected Bourbon County Barleywine 2015

I usually sit on these a bit, but with all this talk I'm intrigued to give one of mine a shot. I'll be cracking a 10.29.15 1452 tonight.

 

For what it's worth, I like mine with a year on them too, but this years was very good out the gate. It is 1% higher abv this year and less overbearingly sweet than previous years were fresh.

Obviously my bottle was great!

Well... I have one in the fridge that I'll crack open and give a whirl. I assume I can get a refund for an open bottle if it ends up being a drain pour

 

Yea, you can get refunds on open or closed bottles at this time. Check the Coffee thread, there's a detailed post from someone who just called in. They refunded for all 9 BWs and 2 coffees even though most were unopened.

 

Going to lock this down since GI has replied to the public. Making this easy for people who need to get refunds and dont want to sift through this thread for directions. Someone can start a new thread concerning the result of this situation.
