infection?

    I haven't seen dual color krausen before, and thought I'd ask. I pitched last night. A little too warm too. It was just too late and I couldn't wait any longer. It's a blond ale minimash pitched with Nottingham. Pitched about 78 - 80 F, It's sitting at 66 right now. [​IMG]

    Cool, thanks guys. I guess the darker krausen is darker because of cold break, hops particles, etc?

    Ya I know, I didn't have a choice. And I didn't want to let it cool all night with all the sloshing around I did with the copper IC.
