Self-described hopheads, sounds like they're bucking the trend toward smaller, sessionable beers, and that they're starting big, to avoid capacity issues when/if they are successful. Hopefully the gamble will work out for them.

They're open now. When better able (i.e, somewhere with Wi-Fi) , I'll post some links, unless @Babbo beats me to it.

I went opening night but they were out of the 3 beers I wanted to try. Everything I did try however, was well made and void of any off flavors. Nice location and the building was beautiful.

Damn. I was just in Post Falls earlier today playing Disc Golf over at Corbin Park. Definitely would have stopped by had I seen this thread before coming back to Spokane.

edit: PSYCHE! their website says they're closed M-W.

    Oh, for fucks sake:

"a session IPA clocking in at 6.5 percent"

They've made no bones about intending to brew some big beers.

Which is fine, actually. Seems like everyone who's started brewing around here the last year or two is either brewing some sort of niche style or says they're focusing on "drinkability." A madman brewery is welcome at this time, IMHO.

Yeah, sure it's fine that they're choosing to focus on bigger beers, it's just kinda Bro-ish to make a standard IPA and call it your "session" (whatever that even means) beer. I can see it now, coupla guys wearing American Eagle shirts, baggy plaid shorts, and flip-flops (ya know from that other thread), talking: Brah what is up? Hey Brotato, lets go to that new brewery and crush a bunch of those session brewski's to our domes. Brocephus, solid plan Bro!

I've honestly never heard of one human being calling another one "brotato." That's awesomely awful.
