    I'll add another Baere recommendation. I haven't tried anything out of Former Future's coolship...I need to get back there.

    As far as the Platte Park brewery, I've had a couple decent beers from them (their west coast style IPA and Berliner are solid). But they have also put out some not-so-great things (they had possibly the worst barrel aged stout I have ever tried).
