Been meaning to do this and finally got around to recalibrating my instruments. I decided to do it all at once instead of piecemeal.

    What I calibrated:
    Digital Thermometer: No adjustment.
Analog Thermometer: Was off 2 degrees
Refractometer: a hairline above the 0
Hydrometer #1: barely above 1.000 but below 1.001.
Hydrometer #2: barely below 1.000. but above .999.
    pH Meter: Off by .5

For thermometers used and Ice bath of distilled water and took reading based on 0 degrees C. Refractometer used distilled water at 20 degrees C. Hydrometers used distilled water at 60 degrees F. pH meter I bought a buffer solution of 7.

Nice. I calibrate my thermometers to a glass lab thermometer that I got for $7 at the LHBS. Works great. I just use that thermometer for doing my hydrometer samples. Need to calibrate my kettle thermometers and metal thermometers again soon.

You should calibrate the pH meter before every brew session. Mine has a 2 point calibration using 7.01 and then 4.01 buffer solutions.
