Yesterday, when I learned about the Burton-Union system (which I had never heard of), I got the idea for this thread. Marston's is the only brewery that still uses a true B-U system, while Firestone Walker uses a modified version. This would be like the stuff that they show on AMC's Store Notes or the old VH1 Pop Up Videos. I don't really have anything to share since I've only visited 2 breweries (DFH and Burley Oak) and I haven't read any beer books yet. Can't wait to learn some new stuff from you guys.
