Somebody is going to ship me a case of heady topper, from us to belgium. He called fedex and they gave him a price of 350$. Same story with ups. That doesnt seem right. Any advice? Stacking the cans in a smaller box? Usps? Weight is approx 27 lbs.

USPS is the best way to go for international. Fedex and UPS are about triple the cost as far as international goes. A box of 12 glass bombers can get to Belgium in 7 to 10 days and is around 100 bucks.

USPS seems to be the typical recommendation. @youbrewidrink has done this "a few" times, I believe, and should be able to give some insights

    Usps price = 115$.
He didnt want to use it at first because of legal concerns, but decided to do it anyway in the end.

$115 is about right, List contents as 16oz cans of energy drinks, go to Stamps.com and set up an account with some fake business name that implies liquid ( Barry's BBQ Sauce, Polly's Pickle you get the drift). When you leave the package with pre made customs forms, the dude at USPS will love you because all of the work you saved him. Normally that equates to no questions.

    FYI Stamps.com costs $15.99 a month...Solid idea though!
