I shipped out of the US to Northern Europe. I shipped a few days after trading partner shipped to me. They've received their package. Mine is still stuck in customs in NY. (and has been since the 11th of March). Anyone traded internationally? Do packages seem to hang in customs for weeks? I called USPS and they said the other person has to set up an investigation as to why it's still there. Any help would be appreciated.
I have done two international trades. One went smooth and took a little over a week...one got stuck at customs coming in. I would say while it doesn't happen to every box, it does happen. It was my first one that got stuck there. I was just patient and eventually it made it to my door. It took almost 3 weeks for that one. You should be ok... Cheers!
I ship DHL the tracking number never works but they always make it eventually. It takes up to 1 month to get there
