This interview was done prior to them opening in December 2014. A lot of thought has been put into making Lost Forty a success. I called them out as having their shit together in another thread in the main forums. Omar is a big part of that.

On a personal note, I am thrilled to see that he is malt-oriented and likes to brew bocks because I can't get enough of them. Can you name any brewer in the US that specializes in those styles and cans them? I see an opportunity this year (their first GABF entry) to make a huge impact.

As soon as you walk into their awesome taproom and look into their brewhouse, you get a suspicion something awesome is happening there. Once you taste the beers and food your suspicions are confirmed.

Lost Forty is extremely squared away, and I'm very glad to have them here.

I plan on making a visit to Lost Forty, Diamond Bear, and Ozark when I'm in-state next month

Good call. Make sure you go to L40 on an empty stomach. Their food is as good as their beer. If you go on a Monday after 4pm, they release Fresh Cuts. It's a series of small batch and one off beers. Good stuff.
