    Update: Just wanted to thank everyone again for taking the leap of faith. All 100 IPA Fest and 300 Extreme Beer Fest VIP Badge upgrades have been sold.

    We appreciate your support, and we're looking forward to creating a kickass experience for everyone.

    Question here, I never received any email about the VIP badges going on sale for EBF and when I had looked on the site it said no information on the date, just, "COMING SOON" did I miss an email or are you guys going to release any more? that's the only way I was looking to get into EBS this year.

    We sent multiple emails out to all past attendees and recently active users, made numerous posts on social media, and did some site alerts for active users, too.

    I didn't get one email, see any posts. That's too bad. I generally liked the EBF, since it was held at the Cyclorama, but these days it's a bit crazy. VIP would have made it worth going to again.

    Were you not active for a while? We only send emails to the most recently active users. And we didn't go too far back with Eventbrite emails either. Otherwise I'd check your spam folders.

    Thanks again to everyone who purchased VIP for IPA Fest. Overall, it seemed like a big hit and we've already pulled together feedback that we'll be applying to Extreme Beer Fest to make VIP even better.

    Also, a limited number of VIP upgrades for Extreme Beer Fest will be released for sale on Thursday, December 20 at 12PM EST.

    Yes. They'll show up as a separate ticket type with a reminder that you need a general ticket for the same session, too.

    We asked for feedback at and after the fest. So far, so good. That said, we did identify several things that we can improve upon and plan on applying what we learned to Extreme Beer Fest to make VIP even better.

    I was VIP for the second session. It was great. I will get VIP for all the fests if I can. Getting in early without line is awesome. Perks and place to chill in VIP area, interesting beers, separate bathroom. Was definitely worth it for me.

    Thanks for the feedback, glad it was worth it! Unfortunately for me the EBF session 2 VIP tix sold out 5 minutes after my post. :confused:

    Hey guys - this will be our 4th EBF. We have 6 of us who go. We bought early bird tix, but now I am thinking about upgrading. I do not see an upgrade option for Session 1 in boston. Have they sold out? Thanks.

    Good morning,

    Do you know yet where VIP ticket holder should check in? Do we go into the building through the front? Get in the normal line and be pulled out by the ticket takers? A side entrance?

    Any direction appreciated so we are not wandering around the building guessing at where to be.

    All VIP upgrade holders will receive an email with all the info they need before the fest. We'll be posting the same info online, too.
