Introduction to cellaring

    I've been thinking about more of those hanging baskets. They are perfect for pints.

    Yes those are perfect. There’s just so much space to utilize.

    To put it in perspective there's 100 bottles and cans in that chest freezer and I've only got about half the floor space filled. If I tried, I could probably fit 300 cans and bottles in there without adding anything to it.

    Wow. I guess I didn’t realize that. Really more than enough for me in just floor space then. And then if you wanted a couple of those hanging baskets for cans you could always add those as needed. Do you know the dimensions of your freezer?
