Iowa breweries that don't need their own thread '24

    Took me a while to get on the bandwagon, but there are a ton of great breweries in Iowa pumping out top notch beers. Pulpit Rock, Dimensional, Barntown, Adventurous, Marto, Lua, etc, too many to mention. Here's a thread to discuss releases, trends, whatever.

    My favorite beer of '23 was probably Aibohphobia from Dimensional.

    When I lived in Omaha briefly, I remember really liking Peace Tree in Iowa.

    This was over 10 years ago; are they still making beer? Anyone like their stuff?

    Yes they are still making beer. I can hop across the river to Iowa to purchase their beers.

    Higher ABV than last year, but very tasty and not overly boozy.

    Can't wait - haven't had anything from this brewery before. Seems like a good one to start with. I'm assuming you liked last year's version better?

    I only had a small pour at a beer fest of last year's batch. Tracked down a bottle of B1, and since I'm now a member at Dimensional I got 4 bottles of B2. Hoping to do a side by side at some point.

    Sorry to see this one, was always a treat to see Drugstore Cowboy out in the wild.

    TL,DR: Franklin Street is closing down. Distribution and production has ended, tap room in Manchester will stay open until at least the end of the year.
