IP DLD BIF: Blind Box the 3rd

    Welcome to all you luck bastards who are going to DLD to the 3rd annual DLD Blind Box BIF. Rules are simple.
    - represent your state with the best beer possible, be it growler, be it bombers, be it 12 oz'ers. Rep your state. Minimum of 140 oz's of HIGH QUALITY BEER. Make it a box you want to receive. I will limit the amount of participants from each state to help prevent same distro happeings.
    - must include a brewery specific NON PINT GLASSWARE FROM YOUR STATE. Hopefully the person will rep your state by drinking from your glass at DLD. Or, it's such a bad ass glass that they wouldn't dare risk it.
    - must include a local food item. Don't grab funyuns, don't grab a slim jim. Grab something local to you. UNLESS..... you make it yourself. UUMMMMM, candied bacon....
    Here is how it's going to go down. At 10 am on Saturday, everyone will meet at my truck (trust me, will make sure it's easy to find) and bring your box simply marked WITH YOUR STATE'S INITIALS ON THE FRONT OF THE BOX AND YOUR BA NAME ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX. Once everyone is assembled, we will pick our boxes. The order in which boxes are picked will be done randomly by drawing of a card. The first one there, gets the first draw of the cards, the secod one there, gets the second draw and so forth. I will take the even number card, since I will be there first. Must be IP at 10:00 on Saturday the 27th at 3 Floyd's, have a solid history, and be wiilling to rep your state. To be considered, answer the thread and state what state you are reppin. I will send bm's for the info needed.

    May want to rethink the time, think group "A" is at 10 am, so I would guess doors open at 10?

    Edit: I have concerns about what to do with the box once received...any tips? I've never done DLD so I just want to figure out these logistics.

    No one that has tix yet has group A, at least I think. Those will probably be released for locals at some point this week.

    What time frame you gonna be there? I have group D tix and probably won't be there till about noon or so.

    Edit: shoul have read the entire post. Won't be there at 10.

    Maybe you'd attract more interest in your BIF if you OP didn't look like something a 13 year old posted to his facebook page.

    Anyway... I don't want to be in this BIF, but I will tell others to participate.
