I have too much beer. It has now overflowed my fridges, which is starting to make my wife want to strangle me. I need to downsize. In particular, I have too many Bruery stouts and similar giant beers (which I do enjoy, but which I acquire at a greater rate than I consume). I would dearly love to trade them at volume for a lesser number of bottles that I can sit on in peace.
