Please give me your thoughts on these recipes. Give me your honest opinions to get me closer to what I'm going for.

Pale ale: going for a medium body, creamy mouthfeel, sweet orange pale ale.

IPA: Looking for big citrus/fruit aroma with fruit flavor and low/medium bitterness. Want some sweetness from the malt and a dry finish.

    Thanks everyone!

I'd say that your PA recipe should put you in the ball park as far as your description goes. The mouthfeel will be highly dependent on the carbonation level. for creamy I think that you want a fairly high level of carbonation; at least that is my experience.

Your IPA looks fine, too, at least as a first go.

I would add a flameout hop addition to your IPA.

My only advice would be to up the light DME by 1 or 2#s and cut the Amber DME by 1# or 2#s...it should still be plenty sweet

Maybe move the galaxy addition on the IPA to 20 minutes instead of ten. It'll add some nice juiciness to the flavor!!

I'd say that 10 would be better actually. Galaxy is very strong, and it's so, so flavorful. I'd say it trumps Citra in the citrusy juice bomb. I'd let it shine late.. Late, late, late with the Galaxy, and you'll really get the most out of it.
