So I'm doing a 10 gallon split this week. 1 is set with a lovely Galaxy Citra hopped IPA. The next I want to use up my older hops. But I don't want a muddled mess. Here's what I have
.5 ozMosaic, Sauvin, El Dorado, and Calypso
    1 oz Topaz
A bunch (haven't weighed yet) Sterling and Magnum
    What do you guys think?

Some may say muddled, some may say complex. I have packages of mix hops vacuum sealed that I like to pitch at flame out in my pale ales. Good luck.

I have no idea if those hops will play nice together, but there is one way to find out

Bitter with Magnum and throw the 3oz of other hops in at flameout. Don't know about Sterling, based on the description, it could work with the "fruity" hops.

    Report back with the results.

I know the Galaxy, Citra is gonna be awesome. Made it before. So I'll be at least 50% yummy! Any advice for schedule or to leave a certain hop out? Up for any suggestions really. Not gonna use them ALL in this batch. Just want to use most up

The Mosaic and El Dorado will play very nicely together...the Nelson might work...not sure. Haven't used Calypso or Topaz. Magnum, for bitteirng, works with everything.

Nelson and El Dorado would be strange. Candied melon?

If I am reading your original post correctly, you have a half ounce each of 4 different hops and then one ounce of topaz. I'm not sure how you are going to make an IPA from an IBU point of view unless you use most/all of those hops you listed. I think I must misunderstand something or there is an unstated assumption (other hops or something).

This could be just my palate, so take it with a grain of salt, but...
To me Nelson Sauvin needs to be used very very carefully, or it gives off this burnt toast/extreme white wine grape flavor. If used very lightly, and paired with the correct hops, it can give off a beautiful orangey, citrus smoothness.

I did an IPA with mosaic and nelson, and it came out terrible. As in, massive burnt toast/white wine/rotten blueberry flavors. My hop schedule was clearly off though, as I was doing the Mosaic and Nelson in a 1:1 ratio.

Careful with the Nelson hop!
