IPA tasting advice?

    rock some good cheese, protien will help calm down that acid and you should be able to taste a big difference in a good way, doesn't cleanse the pallet, definitely give it a break from being bashed by bitterness, always amazes me how beneficial a little protien can be when tasting a bunch of the same style
