IPA with mosaic Hops?

    Im not sure ive never seen it but then again ive not looked specifically for it either. the local Wegmans has a decent variety I just have not had all of them :slight_smile:.

    had no idea i will look for that + its local(2 hour drive to brewery) so i could take a road trip and actually pick some up :slight_smile:

    I saw that the Dirt Wolf used Mosaic as part of the hop menu...but its just part of it its blended with a couple other ones I believe.

    BTW thanks for all the answers...Almost done with the Stone IPA pack probably last this weekend..then next week im on vacation so I want to stock up :slight_smile:

    I don't know what part of PA you are from but if you are in the south eastern part of the state I would recommend Tired Hands Extra Knuckle. It's not always on, but it is one that they actually make more than once! It blew me away when I had it last weekend.

    Fresh squeezed is unbelievable,the people who suggested that are spot on.You should be able to get that in PA too

    Beat me to it. Mosaic & Calypso hop varietals. It can be found pretty much anywhere too.

    Yellow Rose from Lone Pint (Tx) uses whole cone Mosaic hops. Delicious!

    Too bad Anicca wasn't a regularly brewed beer. It was a collabo between Half Acre and Three Floyd's. Hands down the best Mosaic hopped brew I've ever tasted.

    I tried Chillwave Twice. The honey wheat malts were aggressive compared to the hops. It was too sweet IMO.

    Had this fresh once and it was great. 4 months it was not horrible. Just saw bottles from February, I passed.

    I had this one the other night. You can definitely get the Mosaic, but I don't think it's the main hop used.

    What Duvel does (apparently) is they use Saaz Saaz and Styrian Golding (which are probably in their standard recipe) plus the featured hop (Mosaic 2014, Sorachi Ace 2013, Citra 2012, and whatever they used before that (Amarillo :astonished:?).

    Bluepoint Mosaic IPA. Not sure how available it is just yet since they were just recently bought by AB but this is a damn good session IPA that really highlights the great qualities of the Mosaic Hop.
