Here I am, enjoying a new appearance in my local beer shop. Marz Brewing Jungle Boogie.

I love rooibos tea, but never imagined it working so well with a pale ale!

In terms of home brewing, I imagine using rooibos at flameout and whirlpooling it would work best. However, for DME choices and hop selection, it can get tricky to balance the sweet and earthy/floral flavors of the tea leaves.

For hops I think Citra and Amarillo could give a tropical, lemony, a bit renisous, and slightly grassy element to complement the rooibos.

    What say you?

What about sorachi ace? That sounds like it would well with what you've described, to me anyway.
