IPAs Are Like Cilantro?

    Brother I get that chalky feel from more opaque Hazies. They're more NE IPAs IMO because they're dense. Many Hazies have highlighted edges which is no different than say an Amber Ale that is dark mahogany in the center of the pour and has bright radiant edge-of-glass highlights. The chalk feel can be slightly dealt with by rolling your can. Ladies pay attention here...but no seriously if not on tap, roll the beer before pouring. Fine sediments can compact pretty heavily at the btm of the can esp again with hefty Hazies. Hell, my SN Celebration bottles from 10/25 have a lunar landscape of sedi at the base.
