    Hi All,

This may be a little off topic, my friends and I will be visiting Dublin next month and I was wondering if you had recommendations as to good pubs with trad Irish sessions. We are all professional musicians and we've been learning some traditional reels, jigs, etc and are looking forward to playing a bit while we are also having some beers. Also, if any of you have any recommendations as to good tunes to know that get called often in those pubs, that would be great as well.

    Cheers,
    Kevin

Bowes on Fleet Street on a sunday has a good trad session. They also have a small selection of local craft beers.

The Cobblestone in Smithfield also has a regular trad session. Nice pint of the Black stuff to be had there also
