Iron Triangle is for sale

The massive cold storage facility across the street just got torn down to be replaced by a 475 unit apartment complex, so this block could become much more happening in a couple years. Of course that also means that there will be massive construction going on for some time:

The project also brings some much needed additional very low income housing to the downtown area. In my 20+ years of working downtown that's something that really needs to happen a lot more.
