Looking at all the different reviews of the beers, there was one rating for 4.69 and then all the others were under 4, mostly under 2.5. I have no idea how that math computes to a 4.4 *mystified*

I think because it was a "full review" instead of a "this beer isn't worth my time to write a full review about because it is largely flavorless and boring so I'll just provide a quick review". We shall see if it adjusts now.

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that the owner wants his brewery to produce the very beers you consider trendy.

Catchy Name sure likes to play devil's advocate when it comes to this brewery. How much you got invested in this one, playa?

Would you say that opening a craft brewery is following a trend these days?

Every time I come to this thread I'm hoping the owner put his foot in his mouth again or is making noise. Now you guys are having a broad discussion on whats trendy. Stay focused

The owner has been basically gagged by the investors, he's not allowed on their social media page any more because of the damage he has done. Their distribution is limit and from industry insiders I talked to, the forecast doesn't look great for them if this sort of thing keeps up.

Did the forecast ever look good? Besides the shiny new brew system I don't know where there was to like. They have been open for like 6 months and already had some huge distribution deal that makes limited sense. I have yet to see their beer in any bar, and maybe I have just missed it. Maybe they should get their beer into a few bars and then go after distribution.

Or maybe they should just actually brew beer that is competitive with the current market instead of the swill they're currently trying to sell. It doesn't matter what your footprint looks like if the beer isn't what any craft beer drinker will purchase.
