    Suddenly it is not on the shelves of local stores anymore. Too bad, as it was IMHO their best brew since I started with them. Updates welcome! Thanks!

    Judging from Abita's website, it is available year-round. My local distributor/store must have substituted some other brew for its shelf space......

    I just bought some but I'm in PA. It seems like it's a distribution issue in your area.

    The stores here in MS are new to wide-assortment quantities of craft beer, as the laws (covering ABV, and therefore assortment) were only recently changed. I would bet that the product managers are fighting with other product managers for floor and shelf space!

    @GoblueMS,

    Wrought Iron is, and will remain a year-round flagship brew for us. Feel free to use our beer finder: https://abita.com/mobile/find_abita You'll be able to find every shop in your area that is carrying it.

    Cheers!

    Thanks EB! I did what I usually do when I need a distantly available product. I reached out to the store manager and ordered two cases. Must say that Abita hit it out of the park with this one!

    Wrought Iron has a BB date of five months from bottling. If you find it outside of that, inform your store so they can get fresh stock.
