Is Bogedal No. 0127 still worth drinking?

    It was bottled in 2008 and there appears to be sediment floating throughout the bottle... not sure if it's unfiltered or if it has broken down over the past 6 years?

    It is both unfiltered and bottle conditioned. Their all gravity brewing approach may also explain this though they actually claim to produce more clear beer because of this method. I would definitely give it a go.
