May be a stupid question but does Gose last longer (refrigerated) than an IPA since it's brewed with coriander & salt? I've got some chillin in the fridge for over 2 months and was wondering if it would still be O.K. in another month or 2.

Beer is like bread, not wine. Pretty much all beers are better fresh.

I'd say that while fresh is always best, Gose, specifically WB Gose, will last quite some time.

Obviously I have trouble keeping it around very long, even with the large quantities I buy, but I saved a few cans from last years run, to drink when it was unavailable and they tasted just as good as before.

I notice no change in them, other than this years seemed much more sour than years past, but that wasn't a freshness issue, I think.

I have WB Gose unrefrigerated for about 4 months I pop one in when I think I might want it...... They are still damn good to me.

I've had Gose well over a year old that was still drinking great. So maybe be a bit better fresh, but it holds up exceptionally well.

Drink a Gose as fresh as possible. The fridge only helps to extend the "shelf life" of the beer.

I did a 3 year vert with wb gose and preferred the oldest the most followed by the second oldest. I still have 2 bottles from the first year. Cant wait to see what one tastes like next year.

Yes, it will get better with age. See below.

Cellaring Effect: The phenomenon whereas all beer gets better with "age". The longer one resists the urge to drink a specific bottle, the better it will eventually taste.
