Is Green Flash Cellar 3 Silva Stout being widely distributed?

my buddy got me a bottle saying it was one of six his shop got. proceeded to go into totalwine to see it sitting on the shelf, 6+ bottles 18 bucks no limit. at the kbs tap takeover there were a few fellas that mentioned they didn't get a chance to snag one so....

 

Dunno but if your store got only 6 bottles, I'm thinking that's pretty limited. Too bad, always wanted to try this.

 

There was at least 2 dozen bottles on the shelf at a TW by me. I'm waiting for some reviews on this batch, that feels like a lot when it's not clear how much non-BA beer was blended back in.

I bought (3) HighWest Lagunitas instead for about the same price as the silva stout would have been.

 

I picked up a bottle here in TN. It was the last one, so I don't know how many they got. They had two spots in the store for it and a 1 bottle limit, so I would guess they received at least a case maybe two.

 

It's about 6,000 cases so even more than Parabola/Sucaba, it's just that I believe Green Flash has a much larger distribution area and I believe it's being sent everywhere, so it's likely a lot of shops will only get a case (or less).

So limited in your local store? Yes. Widely distributed? Yes.
