    I just finished reading about the beers mentioned above (Chocolate Indulgence, Dupont, Boon Mariage) and I'm intrigued! I should try to get a hold of those some day, and perhaps some fine Allagash if I'm lucky to see it.


    Hey, does anyone know if the following beers can be cellared well?

    Lion/Sinha Stout
    Schneider Weisse Tap 6 Unser Aventinus
    Affligem Tripel

    I may be picking up one of each tomorrow.
