Is mixing brews acceptable?

    Tweak is a good beer to mix in with another imperial stout. A little bit goes a long way.

    When I was a young lad a bartender at a local German restaurant (Koening in Floral Park) used to serve me a 3/1 Hobfrau Dunkel / Helles. That is the only mixed beer I have ever had. I recall liking it a great deal back then. Aside from Black n Tans, which I don't like, my mixing ends there.
