    Waiting on my German Chocolate Cake Milk Stout to finish one last week in primary, before moving it over to secondary for 2 weeks. Once I move it over, it is time for another experiment next weekend: Carrot Cake Ale.

    Squeezing in a 6gal batch of cider today. 5gal Heyser farms unpasteurized apple cider with 1gal of pasteurized Asian pear cider, Mangrove Jack's cider yeast.

    I really should since I have a mostly free day on Saturday, have ingredients to make more IPA, weather is going to be warm enough, and the DIPA I brewed 3 weeks ago probably won't last long with holiday gifts and parties coming up, but I am going to just chill and relax this weekend and drink some beer.
