Are you familiar with beer styles?
Blond and a Mexican styled Lager are two of the tamest flavored beer styles, what is it that you were expecting with those two beers?

I am familiar with beer styles, I just expected more from a hand crafted brewery or maybe my palate is just accustomed to bitter IPAS DIPAS and IIPAs

Ya, they're probably just not going to be styles your going to enjoy at this point and that's fine. I rarely get a craving for Blondes or lightly hopped Pale Lagers either, I haven't picked up either of those two beers and dont plan to.

Definitely don't give up on Ska, my man! Try Modus Hoperandi and any one of their stouts. If and when you see it, definitely pick up a sixer of Mole Stout!

There's a page that helps answer this question:

    http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/923/

They've got a 3.73 beer average, which is very good. Don't dig a certain beers from them? (Sounds like certain styles might not be for you, which happens.) The good news is that they brew dozens of other beers listed in the above link. Check 'em out.

Agree with most of what is posted here...Ska has several beers which are top notch (Modus, Steel Toe, Nefarious, etc) and some that are "eh". The locals swoon for Mexican Logger every year, so I'm thinking it's more of your taste in beers and your selections that is the problem. Give some of the others a try and you won't be disappointed!

I could be wrong, but I thought they were continuing to brew/bottle Nefarious, but discontinued the base beer which was Ten Pin Porter.

IMO, Ska makes great versions of nearly every style out there, and they're dialed in to flagship level. If you don't like Mexican Logger, True Blonde, Pinstripe, etc. you probably just don't like those styles in general. Short of someone making one with a bunch of zany adjuncts or unusual hops, I'd avoid those styles on the whole if you don't care for Ska's versions.

The Nefarious Ten Pin Imperial Porter is still kicking; it was the regular Ten Pin Porter that got discontinued.

Their Pinstripe Red Ale is also delicious. I'd aim for the True Blonde Dubbel over the straight Blonde; though, I'll add this: the Blonde and Mexican Logger always will have a place in my cooler at Red Rocks summer shows. Perfect beers to throw back with abandon. When it comes to Modelo versus Mexican Logger, I think we all know which is the better choice.

I've really enjoyed Rudie's this Summer! And of course Modus is great FRESH! Other than that I'm not as crazy about their beers as most but I would still say solid consistency across the board.

Lighter beers for summer fun (or mowing). But Logger is out of season, you probably got an old one. Still, it's a very light beer.
Ska is certainly a good-to-great brewery

The Modus still is and always will be one of my "go to" canned IPAs. Still one of the best Colorado IPAs out there IMO.

Wow I am so suprized no one has said Euphoria yet! It is their winter seasonal and by far my favorite beer that they make. I also heard through the grape vine that they are bringing back Dementia this year, that beer is the shit, their new sour was highly drinkable as well.

Truth! Euphoria is a very solid beer.

Also, if you can ever find it during a tap takeover, the Taster's Choice collaboration with DC Brau is excellent!
