I'm going to be in Minneapolis for the next 2 weeks, and I was wondering if there's a way to find out what's on tap. Something like http://www.phillytapfinder.com/on-tap/.

I'm staying in the warehouse district a couple of blocks from Modist, which I plan to visit. But I'd also love to find some King Sue on tap somewhere. Any recs would be great, thanks!

It just went on tap yesterday at Red Cow North Loop location along with a few other TG IPAs. Should be pretty close to where you are staying.

Thanks! I haven't been to the Twin Cities in a few years, so I'm not up on the latest.

Yeah, I don't think many cities can compete with Philly Tap Finder.

I like how you could do the search by brewing company. How often(updated) and accurate is the information?

I don't live there but I've use it a number of times when visiting. Seems very accurate. Each location does their own updates I believe. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else.

Any fans of Modist and Fulton taprooms? They are both near where I'm staying at the Hewing.

I prefer Fulton between the two. Modist focuses on trendier fare, if that's your bag, but Fulton executes better. Sisyphus, Town Hall, and Finnegans, in that order, are my favorite downtown-ish breweries if you're willing to branch out a bit further. I've long described Sisyphus as like a little Toppling Goliath. Republic, across the street from Town Hall, usually has the best tap list in the state among bars (and a good deal on flights of four six-ounce pours of anything).

Linked is a handy and up-to-date brewery map. You can see that Inbound, The Freehouse, and Number 12 (cider only) also are nearby where you're staying. Pryes and Clockwerks are a few blocks away. I'm not particularly high on any of them, although I've heard positive early reviews of Number 12, which is new.

Thanks, this is really helpful! Particularly interested in trying Sisyphus.

I like both and would say to visit each because of there proximity. Also a pour yourself place is steps away. https://www.firstdraftmn.com/

Well, it appears that Modist has one more lager on tap today than Fulton does, and Fulton has the only pastry stout on tap, but ok. Both Fulton and Modist are worth the visit, especially if you are close.

And comparing Sisyphus to TG isn't really fair to Sisyphus, especially for someone who might only go there once. I dig Sisyphus too, but maybe just go there expecting to like it.

If you're into the NE IPA style, yes they are quite good along with Barrel Theory.
