Is this a decent starter kit?

    Edit: I see that the reviews are a couple of years old; still it is worth checking out the vendors listed in the reviews.

    I just got my kit and I already see a few issues with it, mostly its just not enough. I dont even have one batch done in the primary and I already want to brew more!

    No matter what kit you get it seems like just a primary and secondary are the main items needed. I got one with a few extras but they are not really needed.

    I already wish though I got the largest kit I could find--so I could keep brewing more, I will be going to the brew shop sometime this week to get atleast another primary and secondary. :flushed:

    I believe the current trend is to NOT use a secondary for the majority of beers - just leave it in the primary until it is ready to bottle. So, depending on what you bought as a secondary, you may just be able to use that as a fermenter.

    here's a decent starer kit, one gallon that will let you realize what's the best way to start with and figure out where to go next.
