    I'm wondering if they are giving preference to people with local area codes and then moving to people out of the area/state.

    Most of the people I’ve seen win were out of staters and needing proxies. Very few people close like myself.

    And I only say that about winning bc me and my gf have entered 3 years running for toppling Goliath drawings and never had any luck

    3 years? My wife and I have been entering Toppling Goliath and the Pennsylvania Pappy and Buffalo Trace lotteries for 8 years now and haven’t won a single goddamn time.

    They responded to an instagram comment that they would sent emails if you win or lose. I am not holding my breathe for a "sorry for not winning" email, though.

    They’ve said this in the past too but in have yet to receive anything ever from them. It’s like I don’t even exist lol.
