Thanks for the comment. Do you have a Pastry to offer? I am open to increase. I see a recent MBC sale for $130, I dont value full secondary ever and it is eye of the parties involved. I also stated it was my opinion that is near what I will offer secondary value wise obviously willing to increase based on what the party is willing to part with etc. Message me if you want.
