    I have family in Corpus.....if you're opening stuff like grey monday....I'll be visiting my family soon.

    I'm not sure when I will open Grey Monday. Maybe when kmello69 decides he wants to step inside the squared circle with me, or some other time. Who knows?

    I spoke with Chris from B&J's and he was warm to the idea of a bottle share at the brewpub. We could maybe set something up and see what freaks come out of the woodwork.

    The 2013 was a lot better than the 2012 for me.

    We had a bottle Friday and was told it was hot off the presses... Hmmm... It tasted a lot less like Black Tuesday than the bottle we had in January. Odd...

    Maybe they just got it, but it was only released once, so far. I really doubt I would miss a new allocation.

    I thought it sounded fishy, but after tasting it was a lot different.

    It had more Hazlenut character and I was sure that would fade over time.

    I still maintain that the best part of that beer is the wax. It's dreamy!
