:sunglasses:Hi everyone! Recently moved to Denver three weeks ago from Nashville. I’m ISO some of your favorite liquor stores or bottle shops that let you purchase individual cans or bottles instead of the entire four/six packs.

I have been to Argonaut Wine and Liquors but wasn’t too impressed with their “build your own six’er”. Additionally...I’m a big fan of places that let you just pop off a can from four packs or grabbing one bottle from a six pack - I’m hopeful those exist around here?

Those of you who know Nashville - I’m looking for my Craft Brewed bottle shop. :hugging:

Total wine seems to allow the "break one off" policy. Check dates there, I almost grabbed a year old can of coffee stout from modern times. Davidsons in highlands ranch sells a lot of singles as well. I think they have four doors of mixed 6 plus the walk in cooler for higher end bombers and one offs.

It's pretty far south but Davidson's Highlands Ranch seems to be best in town IMO. They'll let you take a single of just about anything.

Mollys Spirits in Lakeside has a good singles selection as well as Small Batch Liquors of 43rd and Tennyson. Both on the northwest side of Denver.

Whenever I have visited Denver I have been struck by how few "craft-focused" beer stores like Small Batch there are. For a city that is one of the major craft beer meccas, that is perplexing. In North Carolina, where I live, every medium sized city has at least one such store that focuses on beer, sells singles of anything you want to buy and are often owned by proprietors that drive around the state to pick up brewery only releases. A bigger city, like Charlotte, has about half a dozen stores that operate that way.

The better beer stores in Denver are just normal 'ol liquor stores. Grapevine, Mile High W&S, and Mr. B's being the best of the smaller stores. Davidson's is the best of the big stores.
Our distro footprint is one of the largest in the country, so there really isn't much need for the curation that other places have. Outside of WW and Cerebral special releases it's all going to hit normal shelves anyway.

These are the types of beers I’m kinda looking for... local brewery singles. Add New image, outer range and Casey in there too.

You can buy New Image, Weldwerks, Outer Range, Cerebral, and Casey at Grapevine, Mile High, Davidson's, etc. You should be able to find anything that isn't a super special brewery-only release. You aren't going to be able to just roll up and snag a Madianoche, Vanilla Jammy, or Here Be Monsters, but their normal beers are sold in Denver.
