With help from our friend Ted, we were able to source some incredible vanilla beans this year. Of all these vanilla varieties we found the beans from the Comoros Islands to be utterly fantastic and exciting on their own. We loaded this barrel-aged blended stout with these beautiful beans. Pair this stout with bread pudding after a dinner party with friends.



SPECIEZZZZZ
Barrel Aged Double Stout 14.2%
There are many species of vanilla, which when grown in different climates and soil types yield dramatically different flavors and aromas. For this exploration of your senses, we chose five unique species of vanilla beans from around the globe. Chamissonis from Brazil, Maya from Mexico, Pompano from Peru, Tahitensis from Tahiti, and Planifolia from Tonga. Savor this stout contemplating the importance of biodiversity.

This blend of barrel-aged double stouts explores the diversity of vanilla beans grown on the continent of Africa. We scraped the caviar within boutique farmed beans from Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania, Congo, and Madagascar for this unique spin on our vanilla stout. Sip this stout while pondering the origins of human existence.

Small Island Nations are responsible for some of the most exciting and unique vanilla in this world. Our friend Ted has helped us source these incredible island beans from the Cook Islands, Sri Lanka, Comoros, Vanuatu, and Madagascar. Enjoy this stout dwelling in the depths of life's mysteries.

For this variant of our barrel-aged vanilla stout, we used an absurd amount of vanilla skins. Skins from Madagascar, Uganda, Tanzania, Congo, Ghana, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Ecuador, Tahiti, Sri Lanka, Tonga, Papua New Guinea, India, Vanuatu, Cook Islands, and Comoros. Drink this stout while playing the game of Risk.

Blend Five of our barrel-aged vanilla bean double stout showcases freshly scraped vanilla bean caviar from five unique growing regions. Beans from India, Brazil, Tahiti, Comoros, and Vanuatu were scraped for this year's blend. We hope you enjoy this barrel-aged stout as much as we enjoy making it for you.
